featuring two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a study room, a laundry room and a large open-plan living area.

The project is designed for a modern Family, where flexibility of space and function plays a central role in the concept.
At the heart of the apartment, a custom-made piece of furniture called “il monolite” organises the living spaces.
Positioned between the existing concrete pillars, it incorporates extensive storage and accommodates the everyday needs of family life.
