Happy Penthouse

We thoroughly enjoyed the renovation and interior fitting of this 100 sqm penthouse, crowned by a generous rooftop terrace, designed for a young and visionary entrepreneur in the vibrant Isola district of Milan.

The project focused on creating a refined yet welcoming atmosphere through bespoke solutions and carefully selected materials.
We designed several custom-made furnishings with particular attention to the living area, where a tailor-made library elegantly conceals the television behind a sliding panel while showcasing the owner’s book collection.
The bathroom was entirely redesigned and clad in light brown marble, enhancing the apartment with warm and sophisticated tones.

Special care was also dedicated to the landscape design of the rooftop terrace, conceived as a relaxing urban retreat with panoramic views over the city, ideal for hosting friends and enjoying outdoor living.

The landscape project was developed with the support of Cappellini Giardinieri.

The result is a contemporary penthouse defined by comfort, elegance, and a calm domestic atmosphere immersed in the dynamic energy of Milan.
