Libreria Il Trittico

We oversaw the renovation of Il Trittico bookstore in Milan, of which Neri Pozza Editore is a co-owner.
Custom-made furniture and welcoming spaces for sharing, sitting and reading were designed.
A large area is dedicated to children, with furniture specially designed for them. The central furniture elements are movable, allowing the space to adapt and host book presentations and events.
The bookstore windows design were carefully conceived to provide a clear view of the interior, inviting people to enter and browse through the books.

The design concept is based on a subtile dialogue between memory and the present, interior and exterior, space and the people who move through it.

The intervention takes shape through the use of natural materials, a curated colour palette and architectural elements that both highlight the historical identity of the bookstore, and establish a dialogue with the context of Sant’Ambrogio district.
